Vitesse Media Plc (AIM: VIS), the online, events and publishing group, announces that it has appointed Seymour Pierce Limited as Nomad and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The board also announces the resignation of Kym Kingwill, Finance Director. The board is very grateful for the work that Kym has carried out over the last two years in its acquisition strategy, but feels that in the current environment, the business should b focusing on organic growth. He leaves a strong finance team, able to control and monitor the business, and it is the board’s intention to reappoint a finance director when the economic climate is more appropriate.
