Vitesse Media plc - Grant of Options

Vitesse Media PLC (AIM: VIS), the AIM quoted media business, announces that the Company has today granted options to acquire new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Options") to the following Directors:

 The Options are exercisable at 4 pence per share, being the mid-market closing price on 26 July 2012. The Options will vest on the expiry of a period of three years. The exercise period runs until 26 July 2022.

 Following this grant, the Company has a total of 2,648,394 Options in issue.
