Vitesse Media PLC (AIM: VIS), the publishing events and multimedia company announces that on 7 March 2008 the Company was notified that the grant of options over ordinary shares of 10p ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company to the following Directors was completed:

Kym Kingwill, Finance Director, has been granted options to acquire 150,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 30.5 pence per share;
Niki Baker, Director of Marketing and Events, has been granted options to acquire 50,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 30.5 pence per share;
Leslie Copeland, Editorial and Operations Director, has been granted options to acquire 50,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 30.5 pence per share;
Chris Broadbent, Sales Director, has been granted options to acquire 50,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 30.5 pence per share;

The option price is based upon mid market closing price on 28 February 2008. The options will vest on the expiry of a period of three years. The exercise period runs until 27 February 2018.
