Information Age The Total Cost of IT 2010
Through the lifecycle of every IT department, new hardware, software and services are procured, tested and applied. However, whilst the aim might be to reduce costs, improve efficiencies or expand capabilities, implementations are not always successful. During November 2009, Information Age will be conducting a market survey to understand how successful new IT projects have been, what factors have helped/hindered and what could be improved.
